2) Data Consolidation function takes data from a series of worksheets or workbooks and summaries it into a single worksheet that you can update easily.

3) SUBTOTAL, totals/adds data arranged in an array—that is, a group of cells with labels for columns and/or rows.

4) Scenarios are a tool to test “what-if” questions. Each scenario is named, and can be edited and formatted separately.

3) Sometimes, multiple reviewers return edited versions of a worksheet at the same time. In this case, it may be quicker to review all of these changes at once, rather than one review at a time. For this purpose, Calc provides the feature of merging worksheets.

4)  Spreadsheet software can find the changes by Comparing Sheets.

5)  Excel comments are used to add a note or explain a formula in a cell. Excel provides users with the flexibility of editing, deleting, and showing or hiding comments on an Excel worksheet. Users can also resize and move the Excel comment box.
